Where the Platform is used for transport, commute, or mobility-related services, we may collect:

            Trip schedules, shift timings, route allocations

            Real-time GPS location data (latitude/longitude)

            Background location data during active trips (subject to permissions)

            Trip routes, ride history, timestamps, and travel logs

            Vehicle assignment and ride participation details

            Driver and vehicle metadata necessary for service delivery

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION & USE

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following lawful purposes:

           To administer promotions, contests, or surveys

           To send service-related communications and updates

4. LOCATION TRACKING AND BACKGORUND DATA PROCESSING

For transport and safety-related functionality, the Platform may collect and process real-time and periodic location data.

            Location tracking may occur while the app is in use and, where required for service continuity, when running in the background, subject to device permissions.

            Location information is used solely for transport operations, safety, fraud prevention, and service optimisation.

            Disabling location permissions may impact Platform functionality.

            The Company does not use precise location data for unrelated advertising purposes.

 

5. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may disclose personal data only in the following circumstances:

           To service providers, contractors, or vendors strictly on a need-to-know basis

           To payment gateway providers for transaction processing

In situations involving user safety, security incidents, emergencies, or accidents, IndiQube may access, use, or disclose relevant data, including location and trip information, where reasonably necessary to:

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts shall be at Bangalore, India which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

14. ROLE OF INDIQUBE

Depending on the nature of services, IndiQube may act as a Data Fiduciary or Data Processor under applicable law. Where personal data is processed on behalf of an organization or client, such processing shall be governed by contractual arrangements and applicable legal requirements.

 

15. FRAUD PREVENTION & MISUSE DETECTION

We may process relevant data, including device, usage, and location information, for prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, security threats, or misuse of the Platform.

 

16. CROSS BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Data Storage & Processing Location

IndiQubes services are intended for use within India, and we primarily store and process personal data within India. IndiQube does not actively transfer personal data outside India for business or operational purposes. However, certain underlying technology providers or infrastructure services used by IndiQube may involve automated or incidental processing mechanisms that are inherent to digital service environments. IndiQube implements reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable Indian laws to protect personal data.

 

17. LIMITATION OF LIABLITY

While IndiQube implements reasonable security safeguards, users acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, IndiQube shall not be responsible for:

            Events beyond its reasonable control

            Failures attributable to third-party systems or networks

            User-side device or security compromises

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to users under applicable law.
